Location

Distribution complex Seinehaven is situated at Distribution park Botlek, one of the three main logistics parks of Rotterdam. The development of the complex was started in 2004 and it was delivered in 2007 as the most modern, multifunctional state-of-the-art logistics property of that time. Even today Seinehaven is one of the most modern and high-quality logistics complexes in the Rotterdam area.

Distribution park Botlek is situated directly at the exit from highway A15 (Rotterdam-Nijmegen), one of the main transportation routes of The Netherlands. Furthermore highway A15 has excellent connections to highway A16 (towards the south of Holland) and highway A4 (towards the north of Holland). Additionally, various terminals are located in the direct vicinity, which provide direct connections to Maasvlakte, Moerdijk, Venlo and Born (Limburg), as well as various rail terminals at e.g. Maasvlakte and Waalhaven.
